Cooperate with Taipei Overseas Peace Service (TOPS) and Tak Border Child Assistance Foundation (TBCAF) to hold rudimentary e-camps at Mae Plu and Huey Nam Kun Schools in remote village of north-west in Thailand.

Help Mae Tao Clinic build Digital Opportunity Center and role as digital logistics to provide staff at Mae Tao Clinic and local youths with the environment of information learning.
  
From June 2006 to September 2006
In 2006 hold selection and interviews to recruit overseas IT volunteers as well as the workshop of IT volunteers training programs. It totally sent 12 persons to remote village school and migrant schools to hold rudimentary e-camps. Hold training programs in information education for Mae Tao Clinic and local NGOs.
  
From June 2007 to October 2007
In 2007 hold selection and interviews to recruit overseas IT volunteers as well as the workshop of IT volunteers training programs. It totally sent 8 persons to Mae Tao Clinic, and local NGOs to conduct training programs in information education and computer teachers training at Burmese migrant schools.
  
From March 2008 to November 2008
In 2008 hold selection and interviews to recruit overseas IT volunteers as well as the workshop of IT volunteers training programs. It totally sent 12 persons to Mae Tao Clinic, and local NGOs to conduct training programs in information education and computer teachers training at Burmese migrant schools.
